Laurent Peyret has been practicing for five years the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. He teaches daily in Lyon with great respect for this form of yoga that enriched his inner life
Since 2007, Laurent is devoted to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa which satisfies his interest for physical and spiritual discipline and develops great concentration and inner strength.
In 2010, he created Yoga Escape (www.yoga-escape.com), offering yoga retreats all over the world.
Since the beginning of his practice, Laurent continues to explore the physical and mental transformative virtues of this method of Yoga which promotes calmness, self study and the opening of a new "space consciousness".
To complete his training, Laurent regularly attends numerous workshops with renowned teachers, rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as practiced in India: Mark Darby, Petri Raisanen, Dorion Davis, Jenny Vaneufville, Pierre Baronian, Sheshadri, Rolf.
Furthermore, he followed this year the Pranayama teachings of OP Tiwari from Kuvalyananda tradition, still follows his teachings and learns reading and singing mantras.
He also pursues his training as a teacher with Kia Naddermier, recognized as one of the best specialists in the discipline of Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style.
