It is very hot and humid throughout the year in Tamil Nadu from late April to late June, it's summer. Kerala monsoon falls between May and August; Tamil Nadu from November to mid-December (Chennai / Madras Madurai). It may be 'summer rains' in Tamil Nadu between June and August, usually short showers, which fall mainly at night and cool climate!
