During this retreat we will explore key aspects of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method to help you understand all aspects of the practice so that you can begin to cultivate a yoga practice healthy and sustainable.
Daily yoga practice will consist of Mysore & guided classes during morning and pranayama classes during afternoon
The yoga session in the morning is 08:00. Mr. at 10:00 am and a traditional style class guided Mysore method " Mysore style " is in reference to the traditional way of learning Ashtanga yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
In this class students receive training on a collective and individual basis within a group. Learning practice in the Mysore style allows students to move with the rhythm of their breath and continue to progress in their practice at a pace that is most appropriate for their body.
Therefore or endurance, flexibility and concentration are achieved, the postures of the Ashtanga sequence will be gradually added.
The yoga afternoon is 17h30 (5:30pm) to 19h30 (7:30pm). These classes will focus on the exploration of some of the postures of the primary sequence of Ashtanga Yoga as well as the introduction of pranayama and kriya different techniques.
This workshop is designed for students of all levels who have some experience with Ashtanga yoga and who wish to deepen their practice.
